Cheryl Swab and Hannah Smith met working at the City of Seattle's Office of Intergovernmental Relations. Since starting their own consulting businesses, they have partnered on several projects bringing unique strengths and double the workforce to each project.

Cheryl has 20 years of municipal government experience and 15 years of non-governmental organization management. She has expertise in intergovernmental relations, transportation, budget and general government operations. She brings a strong emphasis on accountability, goal setting and implementation. She has strong communications skills; is a team builder; and helps agencies and organizations ask the right questions in order to achieve their intended outcomes.

Hannah has over a decade of government relations and grant administration expertise. She has a deep understanding of the policy process at the local, state, and federal levels. Hannah has a knack for breaking down complicated policies and projects into simple steps, balancing the finer details with overall project objectives. She is a strong communicator and can tell a clear story to funders, the public, and elected officials. She holds a master’s in public administration from Seattle University.
